On the following days, TYS practice schedule will be adjusted for hosted high school meets:
Bronze 4:30-5:30pm (no dryland)
Silver 5:30-6:30pm (no dryland)
Gold  & Senior 4:45-7:00pm (dryland 6:30-7pm)
